In addition, the first reaction of Filipino change was resistance, that is why the country did not necessarily progress, or at least continued to progress. Then, countries like Spain and Portugal can only ride "economic tigers" after (3. Y) "The only way to recognize that we are alive is changing" (3 Y). This article compares the presidential system and the parliament system. They are the two most popular democratic governments. They have common and different characteristics. In the president and the parliament system, the chief executive officer can retire by the legislature, but its way is different. Different features are CEO election and discussion style. I proposed the two best examples of these two systems: the US (presidential system) and the UK (parliament system). Therefore, each country can choose their sympathetic nervous system: a more classical parliament system or a less stringent presidential system, or a mixture thereof. I do not want to support them in my articles. I just want to show them and compare them.
The main difference between the presidential system and the parliamentary system is the right to dismiss CEO or dissolve parliament. In the parliament system, the term of the CEO is directly related to the term of the Congress, and these terms do not matter in the presidential system. In the presidential system, presidents and parliamentary members are elected separately within a certain period according to the concept of power separation. The President has no right to dismiss a Congressman. Early dismissal of legislators or presidents can only be initiated by lower level legislative bodies and polls under certain conditions. Therefore, under normal circumstances, even if the president's representative party becomes a minority of one or two legislatures, the president will continue to maintain its position throughout the term of office.
