Park tickets

Please purchase park tickets in advance. There are several options to be considered (confusing). 1) The Park Hopper option allows you to switch back and forth between Disneyland and California adventure. This is expensive, but if you can afford it, you will appreciate its flexibility. 2) Do you want MaxPass? Perhaps read more about MaxPass below. 3) Generally, I encourage you to buy tickets directly from Disney rather than trying to get discounts elsewhere. Discounts are usually small, making things more complicated. (One exception may be Costco: I personally did not use them, but some friends got some attractive hotels and ticket packages through them.)

Walt Disney World sells two theme park tickets. It will last from 1st to 2nd and from 2nd to 14th. Both can be "park funnel" tickets and visit more than one theme park everyday. Alternatively, additional access to the water park and the golf course is possible with "Park Funnel Plus". (These additional devices can also be purchased separately.) If you do not forget to check the current special offer or feel you need to purchase the ticket when you are late or leave you can not pay the admission fee.

You can enter the main theme parks (Magic Kingdom, Future World, Hollywood Studios, Animal Kingdom) every day using basic tickets (also called "Daily 1 Park" tickets). Optionally you can add optional features at additional cost, especially Park Hopper (you can visit multiple parks in one day) or Park Hopper Plus (extra charge) in the water. Parks and other activities outside the four major parks. Tickets for Disney World are valid only for the date specified at the time of purchase (Please see our full chart for the number of days per ticket). You can change the date or option at any time before arriving, but if the change brings higher price, you have to make a difference. There will be no refund if the price drops due to change. Even if not used, you can exchange new tickets.
