Today's educators are aware that the positive impact of parent involvement can improve student academic performance (Danielson, 2006; Jacobs & Kritsonis, 2007). An important element of parents' participation is effective communication between parents and teachers. According to the survey, parents hope to communicate with children's teachers frequently without making public judgment and to establish an informal relationship (Eberly, Joshi, & Konzal, 2005). Therefore, this article explores recommendations based on important research on school administrators and teacher leaders to identify barriers to communication with parents and overcome them.

The relationship between teacher and guardian influences student's learning and happiness, and many teachers try to join parents in school management and classroom activities. Parental involvement helps to build and develop relationships between parents and teachers and to incorporate parents into far more effective educational interventions than educational interventions without parental involvement. The result is a decline in pregnancy and dropout rate in teens, improvement in graduation rate, and improvement in grades and enrollment rate. Teachers can encourage and support parents' participation through family visits and teacher gatherings. Parents taking these courses have the ability to take their classes to promote education and support children's and children's learning needs.
