Hang is a narrator of her story. On her trip to Moscow's uncle, she talked about the major (and sometimes sad) events of childhood and adolescence. Que is the mother of Hang. She is a street veteran who is wounded every day. She lost her leg cut due to a foot accident. Her family's responsibility is very high. Chin is the mother's brother, Hang's uncle. Before Henry was born, he was the leader of the farmers' uprising in the village. She recently joined the revolutionary government organization. He got married and lived in a communist complex.

Ton is the father of Hong. He is a teacher who marries a donkey. Even though she is wealthier and better than most people, he is very kind to everyone. However, the communists did not appreciate him, trying to get rid of him. This is a big problem as Ton is Tan Auntie's brother and Uncle Ding is Yan's sister. The blind paradise began in the 1980s. A hung, a Vietnamese young woman received a telegram and told her to go to Moscow to visit a sick uncle. Hang works at a textile mill in Russia that is thousands of miles away from Moscow. The record of her train trip to Moscow was followed by her memory in her childhood and adolescence in Vietnam and the early history of her family. After his parents died, Mr. Hen's mother lived alone in the village. At the age of 20, she married a teacher, ton. They were happy together for nearly two years until the brothers Ching of York came back around 1956. He has fought with the communists who run the country now. Chin is prohibiting Que from talking to Toon because his family is a landlord and therefore an enemy of farmers. They belong to the exploitation class Chin calls, they must be condemned and punished. Even Duon 's third novel, "Window of Heaven" itself, was an attack against the Communist government which took over Vietnam after the war with the United States in 1975. There is no paradise; only blind people can promote heaven based on flawed political theory, and this theory never succeeds.
