Paper on Militarism

Militaristic newspaper "One of the most permanent pillars of militarism is seen in the sports world" (Martin and Steuter, p. 131). Popular culture will normalize militarism in a variety of ways, including even the usual part as a sport of American culture. Sports has done a lot in my life, including changing my view on militaryism. The military sports sports to promote to a large group of people throughout the United States, it will have a positive feeling about war. When Americans linked militarism to militarism, many Americans were playing sports and could connect, so sports showed war as normal, but even when war got normal the result will be .

Militarism is a philosophy or system that emphasizes military power. The German historian, Alfred Bagutz, who served in the First World War, defined militarism as "civil governance over the military, inadequate benefits of military requirements, and military considerations." For several years before the First World War, militarism was an important force in several European countries. Their governments, if not dominant, are strongly influenced by military leaders, their interests and priorities. General and Admiral may serve as the de facto government minister, give advice to political leaders, influence domestic policies, or demand increased defense and weapons expenditure. This militarism has created a dangerous child, weapons competition. And it caused an increase in new military technology and defense expenses. Militarism not only influences policies but also forms culture, media and public opinion.

Militarism and fascism are systems and policies to cope with the dual ideology adopted by imperialist countries, the domestic crisis and revolutionary threats, and to prepare for overseas wars. Militarism is accompanied by a class society (especially empire) in many armed conflicts in the history of mankind, but modern imperialist militarism is different in quality and higher level. In the past century, militarism generally gains worldwide and the power of imperialism is the main source. It is closely related to the cruel trend of systematic attacks on fascism and human rights in the imperialist centers and the vast third world.
