The paper industry is classified as harmful to the environment for the majority of its existence. Recent interest in environmentally friendly industrial practices has led to environmentally friendly environmental groups that encourage the support of the paper industry and its industrial practices. Due to the role of such publicity, many large companies tried paperless and made it think that paper use is a harmful environmental activity in general.

In order to understand the root cause of corporate interests, competition, industry appeal, you need to understand industry market definition. In this research, we analyze the Indian paper industry to determine its appeal, profitability, and industry competitiveness. We use Porter's five powers to analyze the Indian paper industry. E Michael Porter put several motive power into his work path to help analyze the appeal of the industry and its competitive positioning. These forces are often called potter's five forces. He said that there is always competitiveness that will affect the profitability of the industry in whatever business it is service or manufacturing industry. The following figure shows the framework for modeling the industry affected by five forces.

The purpose of this paper is to analyze the competitiveness of selected industries using the PESTLE framework and Porter's 5 Forces (Porter, 1979). The industry analyzed in this white paper is the mobile telecommunications industry in Nigeria, especially focusing on the period from 2001 to 2009. To analyze the competitiveness of Nigeria's mobile communications industry, this paper first introduced the telecommunications industry in Nigeria and laid the foundation for discussion and discussion of this paper. For analysis we use the PESTLE framework and Porter's 5 Forces (Porter, 1979). Later on, in this article we will summarize recommendations for new companies that are considering entering the industry.
