Independence Day in Pakistan is observed every year. It was the day when this country achieved independence in 1947 and was declared a sovereign state at the end of British rule. The Pakistan movement has become a base established by Pakistan. The campaign is aimed at establishing an independent Muslim State led by the All India Muslim Federation under Muhammad Ali Ginnah's great leadership. The day of independence fell to the 27 th Ramadan. This is considered to be the most sacred day for Muslims. The main ceremony of the Independence Day was held in the capital Islamabad and the flag was hung on important buildings such as the Parliament House and the Presidential Palace. This day is usually celebrated with flag raising, parade, patriotic song, cultural event. Several awards ceremonies were held at this time. Citizens also raised flags on their houses and on their cars.
On Independence Day, the flag of Pakistan will be raised at dawn. Government buildings including the Parliament House are beautifully decorated in commemoration of the true spirit of August 14. Prime Minister of Pakistan and the President made a speech, blessed them and emphasized the importance of Independence Day on this special day of Independence Day. Not only are large commercial buildings decorated with beautiful and colorful lighting effects, but towns and houses are decorated with candles, oil lamps, flags and pennants to celebrate Independence Day. Many large-scale events and concerts are scheduled to be held the day before Independence Day.
