Pacifism versus realism In this article we analyze and criticize pacifism theory. This theory thinks war is not an option under any circumstances. Even if the country is attacked, the pacifists will think retaliation is morally wrong for many reasons. These reasons behind pacifism are supported by ethical issues and the ethical issues the pacifists themselves think. I will discuss three aspects of pacifists' idea.
