You may think that the P90x program and the Crossfit program are similar, but there are many differences that are not normally thought out. As with many exercise programs, there are some major differences between the two, but some small differences are not that important. P90x is an extreme sports event lasting 90 days. This program is considered a "crash program". In other words, after 90 days, people generally will not start again. I did dozens of experiments at sports of various times. I often exercised at the local gym, played many home exercise programs like P90X and its derivatives, advanced program training like Crossfit, and did kick training camp. I had a short stay in the swimming team several times during my high school days and I returned to the pool several times since different times. I learned karate for ten years and started climbing for a while I am a trail runner and an obstacle race fan and I practice yoga for a couple of years.
