How do you associate academic knowledge with your work? Target development internship goal setting is a technique useful for building a framework for internship learning experience. It can give you a sense of direction and purpose as a measure of your progress and as an insurance policy you need from an internship. We encourage you to share your learning goals with your intern 's boss. Your interns supervisor advice is particularly valuable for deciding the feasibility of the work you want to do. You have what you want to do, and your interns have something to do. You are neither an employee nor a free agent. Write down a brief list of goals you want to achieve during the internship period.
When considering your next career, create a "career map" and learn as much as possible. After studying a specific career and deciding your goals, you need to do research. After identifying the skills and knowledge necessary for the future career, we will conduct "gap analysis". Gap analysis will help you understand what you need to learn yet. Please plan to fill these gaps to ensure that the requirements and expectations of the target industry are satisfied.
