International Medical Group The International Medical Group was founded in 1984 by Dr. Robert Simon, a global non-worldly nonprofit humanitarian organization headquartered in Santa Monica, California. As a signatory to the International Red Cross and the Red Crescent Motor Code of Conduct, the IMC is administered in accordance with the principles of humanitarian, neutral, fairness and business independence.
