During the Second World War, the Soviet Union and the United States acted as allies. But at the end of the war each party wants to deal with the aftermath in a different way. The United States is in favor of developing a peaceful, friendly and cooperative relationship between Germany and its allies. In order to provide a historical overview, we divide the international security environment into three time frames: (1) the Cold War era (bipolar era), (2) the post-Cold War era (monopolar hegemony of the United States) And (3) New era of international security (plural) extreme world).
