Most people post information by five senses and gather information about the surrounding world. For example, a blind person can hear better than people who use their eyes and ears. But whether people trust the interpretation of their senses and sensory data and can understand the world accurately. Sometimes ridiculous, sometimes very accurate feeling.
The sensory system is part of the nervous system responsible for processing sensory information. The sensory system consists of part of the brain involved in sensory receptors, neural pathways, and sensory perception. The generally accepted sensory system is the sensory system of vision, hearing, somatosensory (tactile), taste and smell (odor). It is suggested that the immune system seems to be neglected. In a nutshell, sensation is a sensor from a physical world to a spiritual domain.
We will explore human sensory system and perception. The focus of the course is to investigate the relationship between our conscious world experience and the anatomy and physiology of the sensory system. We start with a very basic sense coding and examine the effects of learning and development on individual differences and perception. The focus is on classroom presentations and laboratory experiences. All the students conducted perceptual experiments. Research on human psychological processes such as perception, attention, memory, problem solving, language, cognitive style, gender different. All the students participate in presentations in the classroom and perform cognitive experiments. This is an advanced course and I can not recommend it for the first year students. Recommended for teacher education candidates
