The career area I chose was public service. It is a profession of the firefighting industry. I think that firefighting is a wonderful job choice because I like the work involved and fire always exists so we must never stop firefighters. The fire department generally offers a wide range of services. Some of the main tasks to be done at the fire department are providing medical treatment as an emergency medical technician, entering the combustion structure to find trapped residents, suppressing external or internal fire, Including removing trapped victims. Firefighting in the United States has become more professional than ever. Historically, the need for formal training for firefighters, especially in smaller departments was rare. Today, most states require specialists and volunteer firefighters to complete firefighter's certification program. The university has a bachelor's degree, a bachelor's degree and a master's degree in firefighting. This advanced training is becoming a de facto requirement for large command. The US fire department has a national fire school offering firefighter training.

Most urban areas have professional firefighters. In most rural areas, there are volunteers or firefighters paying by phone. More than half of the 95% volunteer firefighters who are protecting people under 25,000 are protecting less than 2,500 people in rural areas. The size of each department ranges from a small number of firefighters to more than 11,400 sworn firefighters and New York City fire department to 4,600 additional personnel. These additional personnel include emergency medical technicians (EMT) and nursing staff of uniforms. Many fire departments in the United States have emergency medical services (EMS). It is structurally independent and integrated with firefighting activities, including firefighters who are cross-trained as EMT and nursing staff.

Professional Volunteers Firefighters want to help their community by starting their career. The new firefighter soon began to transform into a professional volunteer by imitating firefighters with solid value and good character. Hoping for learning from people who think that they can give me tips, firefighters are seeking knowledge. But this is only the beginning ... Professional volunteer firefighters need to learn what I call 'add', or attitude, dedication and determination. Attitudes may be the best quality for any fireman, but for professional volunteer firefighters this is an essential feature. Regardless of how many years the firefighter worked in that department, or how much training you have, professional volunteers will take the right attitude and learn. This firefighter has the "can do" attitude and seeks to complete the assigned task safely and quickly to benefit the team.
