Overcrowding in prisons is becoming a problem that will rapidly major financial problems and controversies in the United States. More than two-thirds of our people are currently in jail or in prison, soon 500,000 will be in prison. That said, two-thirds of the people are limited to floor space less than 60 square feet. The prison situation has been greatly improved in many ways, but the current correction system is trying to solve the same problem that the United States encountered in the past. Overcrowding in state prisons and federal prisons continues to hurt US correctional facilities due to the need to increase prisoners and reduce disciplinary expenses. Due to these two factors, prisoners' living space is becoming more and more deficient. Many orthodontic facilities operate under hazardous conditions such as exceeding maximum capacity. The overcrowding of prisons and prisoners seems to be closely related to the violence of prisoners, the living environment is unbearable and it brings many problems in prisons which seems to be illegal. For violence, one man is occupied by sexual assault, poor health, spread of diseases among prisoners of war, and even some prisoners of war in a small group of cells in a single space. Unconstitutional Problem As many people have seen, overcrowding is a serious problem, but there are many reasons for overcrowding and its impact, and people are trying to use a strategy to control this dilemma . Regardless of whether someone believes that overcrowding is a serious problem, we all have to pay attention as they are being used to support the failing prison system . The government has to propose a new way to punish those who are convicted but still trying to satisfy the American people with our prison system.
