The purpose of this paper is to analyze and derive reasonable conclusions about outsourcing effectiveness in the United States. From overworking labor to manufacturing downturn, wealth inequality, and contribution to corporate lobbying are the main examples of outsourced byproducts. Free trade is the root of the problem, but outsourcing is the most common problem of its creation. Since free trade is now standard and can not be eliminated, we are still outsourcing our research as it may still be regulated and potentially affect the United States.
On the other hand, other people are doubtful because the outsourcing strategy of American businessmen leads to an increase in the unemployment rate of the country ("influence of outsourcing to the US economy"). Some American workers were unemployed due to the emergence of outsourced human resources. Common interests should be a priority in hiring American workers. Jean-Jacques Rousseau and his famous Rousseau's famous philosophy, Jean-Jacques Rousseau, was one of the most intelligent philosophers in his era.
The purpose of this white paper is to introduce, discuss and analyze the theme of overseas outsourcing business practices in the United States. Specifically, I will explain the reasons and impacts of this approach to the US economy, labor force, customer service etc. In the past 10 years, it is customary to outsource a variety of overseas work in the US. The reason for this approach is clear. American wages are higher than overseas wages and save US company money. However, from customer service to unemployment, these effects are beginning to be noticed in a wide range of fields. Outsourcing to overseas can save the company's expenses, but in the end it makes them negative. And it shows that they are not interested in protecting and upgrading the economies of America and America.
