Outpatient or outpatient departments are part of the hospital for outpatient, health problem people, go to hospital for treatment or treatment, but do not need bed or nighttime medical treatment. NHS England is proposing to change the payment system in 2018 with the aim of reducing the number of reservations led by consultants and motivating the hospital to remotely make more reservations. [3]
