Outline of My Writing Project: 5 Short Stories of Women who Go from a Painful Experience to Personal Growth

Method / main drawbacks The purpose of my project is to create a collection of 5 short stories about young women who have grown from a painful experience and have to become brand-new. Novels and other essay forms can read short stories quickly and Carolyn Lee says, "Because of its simplicity ... short stories can be read ... without intervention in daily life A single focus usually brings a higher aesthetic awakening "(2009).

When I first introduced Short Fiction Break, my goal was to try out novels. The situation changed 16 months after entering the project. Under my belt, I am near 40 short stories. I am writing a second novel. The short story has fulfilled its mission. That novel is no longer an experiment. This is a safe place I love. When I left something, my self said: "Now you have to kill it, because you can not survive." Thankfully, I had a voice before I heard. The short story does not need me. I am honored that it was born. Knowing this, my question is "How can my departure make things better?"

Last year, I jumped in and tried to write a story with no overview. This is the way to approach shorter pieces than I write, but if I do not know when the story happened, and if I do not know the story before. So this year, I will return to the overview strategy that I used several years ago for me, this is an adaptation of some lighting strategies I have enjoyed for many years. The structure below does not cover all the scenes that occur in your story, but will provide you with some important road signs to use when writing your story. This is the 9 major road signs you would like to think before you write the story. Then when you write a story you will enrich the scene or sequence and the scene connecting them.

This is the writing part of my favorite short story. If you always write a third party, please try the second or the second person first. If you have never written an illusion, try it. If the scene in the novel does not work, you can change the character and write it as a short story for another character.

The first thing I have to do when I am dealing with the story is to write out a summary of what happens in the story. Who is my role, where do I start, where do you go, and how do you get there? Then when I started writing, I used it as a guide. "If I do not know where I will go, I will finally go to a different place," but this is a guide only. Just like other real people, they have their own psychological motivation to do what they do to promote the story. They do not mind what I am writing a story. In many cases, the personality of a character is inconsistent with the action I need to advance the story to the next step. So here I need to create a drama or add / extend a character to promote action. Finally, when you compare the completed document with the original outline, the story may be 70% different.
