Our town by Thornton Wilder is an American classic that expresses the eternal truth of the existence of humans with warmth and humor. This was an exciting and caring glance before the First World War, that is before our innocence was ever lost. Since the first performance in 1938, it has been considered as one of the best representatives of American life and theater world. For decades, it is a breakthrough event in American drama and love art.
Our town "Our Town" was founded in 1938 by Thornton Wilder and was premiered on New Jersey's McCarter Theater on January 22, 1938. It is an example of a former drama that records the daily lives of ordinary people in everyday life. The story is based on Grover's Corners, a small town in New Hampshire built at the turn of the century. Play includes three main behaviors, each focusing on different aspects of life. The first act is scheduled in 1901 and briefly discusses the calm day in the town.
Let's start living in our current urban apartment apartment. Justin and I (Joelle) lived in Hillsboro OR and lived here for about 8 months. Our Townhouse is a 3 storey building with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. We share it with Justin's business partner Matt, we have a dog Teddy and a cat Tally. Let's start with the life of this town's residence now! The windy day is another problem. Obviously, please do not go to the area where the hurricane season occurs in the hurricane season. I do not know why I have to say this, but you can not say that I did not warn you. You feel everything in the car. If you have some problems, when you hear the wind hit your RV, really consider your place and one year time
I wrote a lot about my experience in Hurricane Irene (www.floodbound.com) in our town. There, 10 of the 500 towns were destroyed and the town was completely isolated from the outside world. From the height of the storm, it turned out that neighboring people cut and cleaned the fallen tree trying to save the bridge, others made hot food to support them. This is not a job of anyone but only what to do. There are no schools, police and hospitals in the town, but there are agent sheriffs, lush schools, medical centers, our doctor's library, doctors, nurses, protected areas and even ski patrols.
In my own town meeting, there may be 200 to 300 participants representing the town with more than 9,000 citizens. Approximately 3% of our entire town was pushed into the auditorium, so we decided to live in everyone's business there. The city rally was held on Tuesday night, after 9 to 5 business days, public transportation in my town was limited. This means that almost all of the rallies in our town are white middle class landlords. Most of them are children who do not have children, often older people. They decided on school budget. They decide who runs the town. They are landowners without the town's middle class town and are not people who can not work in town gatherings due to lack of work, children or traffic. Even if all members of my town can participate in such meetings, there will be no fair way to assign places and discussion times for them.
