Our Town Critique

From December 5th to 7th, I played at Thornton Wilder's "Our Town" show. An actor or actress is the only set or prop used by us to hide the umbrella of Julie Dumbler, hide the flat bottom on both sides of the stage to hide people behind. The reason why the setup is insufficient is because the audience can imagine the corner of Glover, New Hampshire. All other props that an actor must use are well developed and will do their best to make them real.

Between New Hampshire lawn hills there is a small town called Grover's Corners. This village is at least in the drama "Our Town" written by Thornton Wilder. "Our town" is part of the letters "three things", "everyday life", "love and marriage", and "life and death". Each show represents the world of people who live and live in the corner town of Grover and this secluded city. - Born in 1897 in Madison, Wisconsin, Amos Parker Wilder, Isabella Wilder. In 1906, Amos Wilder was appointed US Consul General, and his family moved to Hong Kong with him. Thornton Wilder lived in Hong Kong for only six months, returned to the United States with his mother and then reunited with his father in Shanghai in 1911.

Our town Our city, Thornton Wilder, is a drama in the fictitious New Haven town in Cape Grove. It began from 1901 until the end of 1913. The drama allows the audience to understand the various cycles of life, with the aim of conveying a message that life should not be considered a matter of course. Emily Webb is one of the most important figures in the play, and Wilder's role is to show the audience the message that everyone understands and has a connection. - The eyes of John Gardner's Glendale archaeologist combine the field of view of the telescope and the view of the microscope. He almost rebuilt the distant place without any help. - Thornton Wilder's word "Thornton Wilder" says his theater "Our Town" expresses the opposite of nihilism, a philosophy emphasizing the lack of objective truth
