Our Town Analysis

Our town is a theater which was held at the turn of the century in a rural town of Grover's Corners in New Hampshire. Playwright Thornton Wilder is trying to convey the importance of small things that are often overlooked in life. In the first two acts, he has constructed a scene that allows us to show that the third action has experienced oblivion of what we actually happened in their lives often as a human being. Wilder tried to show us life as a matter of course. Before we die, we do not understand the real value of life.
