Our Screwed Up Punishment System

Everyone who has television has heard a big criminal incident that a man or woman attacked a group of people. I am talking about the number of victims, violence, and death. At some point we talk about crime on any channel, but that is the only thing people tell. Cases such as Casey Anthony, George Zimmerman, James Holmes, Ariel Castro etc are news, talk show, late-night lecture etc. Not everyone in this list suffers from psychosis, but society classifies them into categories because of what they are doing.

I question the educational system, question the political regime and question our law system (our crime, punishment, burden of proof, our rules). I question the standard story form, question the language and its usage, and question the limits or lack of creativity and art. "Have you not graduated from high school?" They always asked me. "No, I never thought about it," I said. "But you are a lawyer." They were completely confused when I saw them. "Yes" I sighed. I took a blank line of sight until I explained how easy it would be to enter the university without failing and avoiding the high school scores. They do not believe me

Condition of my personal "comparison / contrast" task: I support their punishment when it is proved that a profitable, frustrating teacher has failed. I confirmed their punishment when it was confirmed that the policeman was committed. However, only one of them is always in our country. It is really painful.

The United States is based on the social justice system inspired by the Iroquois peace model. They did not punish when someone made a mistake, messed up, made a mistake, and took action. Instead, the community gathered around criminals and apologized to them. Failure to meet the basic needs sometimes misbehaves such as food / water, evacuation centers, meaningful relationships, creative expressions, and safety. Criminals naturally adapt themselves in a peaceful and caring environment that fulfills their needs. Autonomy occurs naturally. The Presbyterian Church has appointed a committee of twelve colleagues to surround people who love and care. Twelve best friends know this person is the best, why does he show it? (My father died of a baby, my sister is sick).
