Our Right to Privacy

Most people in society think that there is nothing to hide. Everyone protects the privacy of technology, medical care, private life etc. That's all a problem, I feel like someone remembers. Most people in society do not recognize that this is a bigger problem than that. Many people may not know, but the 14th amendment deals with cases related to privacy. It is important for everyone's privacy. Without privacy, democracy that we know may not exist.

Our privacy can be traced back to the 1891 lawsuit, the Bill of Rights, the 4 th, 5 th, 14 th, 9 th amendments. These laws and decisions clearly show that our privacy is wide enough. This includes women's rights (accepted by Griswold v. Connecticut) to decide whether to end the pregnancy protected by the 14 th amendment. Also, the 14th amendment did not include inexperienced persons, and the inexperienced person was not considered one person. In Article 14 of amendment, it was decided to say that "people as a whole", and people who are not born are not the whole. The judgment of the lawsuit is divided, but scientists and doctors have been concerned about whether immature people are "feasible", that is, whether they can maintain their lives without the mother's womb.
