Our Limits Transgressed: the Role of Tradition

Today, we are proud to be a fair and just society. We use the freedom and freedoms we give each day. The tradition of our culture, beliefs, and customs gives us a sense of security and happiness. However, the cruel and barbaric custom which faded in Shirley · Jackson's "lottery" brought a different consensus. The innocent ceremony of this society reveals the tradition of small village and blind obedience. Violation is still an important feature of the work included in this volume. These works are inevitably illegal as they are written by writers. The movie of Peter Kahn can be regarded as a work of violation, law, and exercise contrary to the imagination of freedom.
