Our inner motivation is based on Daniel H. Pink's work, and in his book "Drive" people are not inspired by extrinsic motives and rewards. Instead, people are driven by internal factors. Once the basic needs are fulfilled, people strongly desire to master the feelings of mental and autonomy for specific purposes. The next paragraph provides support information on important factors that support motivation and strong motivation. Motivation According to Webster's dictionary, motivation is "the power or influence of something to do something" (www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/motivation).

Information goes into our experience as an experience from our internal processes and propulsion (starvation, sexual impulses, emotional reactions etc.) or through the environment. Our self is the "structure" or target of consciousness that interacts with, acts upon, and gives us a feeling of control (or "I") with the incoming information. Remember that we are feeling uneasy about the nervous system that processes too much information. In our subjective experience, excessive new information and strange information seems to be "chaotic". Our ego is overwhelming, understanding new information that leads to appropriate behavior, or leading to subjective painful feelings.

Internal control psychology is based on the belief that people are internal, not external, motivated. Strong orders in our genetic structure drive our actions. The outside world including all rewards and punishment only provides information to us. It will not let us do anything. Naturally, students who have been penalized for a long reward think that they are "outrageous." They become irresponsible. Children will have irresponsible thinking that should not surprise us when children repeatedly say "make" their own actions, do homework, learn certain teaching materials etc. Our dependence on the principle of external control psychology does not want to take personal responsibility and our lives are primarily a group of people who do not recognize that our life is the product of our choice I unconsciously invented it.
