Otto Frank

Frank worked at a local bank for a year and started to study economics side by side at the university. Around this time, he had the opportunity to work in Manhattan, New York.

He arranged Macy's internship in New York. He was extremely excited at this opportunity and went to New York, but had to come back in two weeks due to his sudden death.

After attending the funeral, Frank returned to New York to live a decent life there. He worked there for two years; he worked at Macy's and then served as a post at the bank.

In 1911, Frank started working for a company who had been making a window frame back to his hometown, then later during the First World War, he worked for a German army horseshoe manufacturer.

Soon, Frank was taken to the German army in 1914 and stationed on the Western Front where he won the rank of lieutenant. After the war he resumed normal private life.

Frank took over the management of the family bank that his younger brother took care of, but it has not been dealt with properly until now. In 1936 he established his own company "Opekta Company" and became its director

In 1944, the evacuation center of the Frank family was invaded by Gestapo, all the family members were arrested and sent to Westbourne transfer camp, later sent to the Auschwitz concentration camp.

It was Auschwitz that Frank was separated forever from his wife and two daughters, he was transferred to a male military camp, and then transferred to a sick military camp. He was later released by the Soviet army in 1945.

Frank went to the Netherlands and tried to track his family and friends, but after a few months of search he finally realized he was the only survivor of his family.

In 1945, Ann's diary was handed to Frank by Miep Gies who saved the manuscript from the hidden secret retrieved. Frank did not do anything for a while, but slowly began translating for his relatives.

He manuscripted Ann 's dairy product and edited what he thought was too private and the details revealed by his family. Then he sent it to the Dutch historian Jan Romain.

In 1946, a contract publishing company in Amsterdam was interested in Anne Dairy and accepted its publication. The following year, the first edition of Ann's diary was published under the heading "Het · Actor フ ィ イ ス" which means "secret attachment".

The Frank family hid in a room above the 'Opekta Company' in Prinsengracht 's office. They moved there with a family of three, Herman van Pers. His colleagues helped them hide for two years; these people are Johannes Climan, Miep Gies, Victor Kugler and Bep Voskuijl.

The places they were hiding were considered for dismantling, but Frank and his friend Johannes Kleinmann established the Anne Frank Foundation in 1957, restored the building, "Anne Frank We opened a museum called 'House of the House.'
