Pathologic osteosarcoma is a malignant tumor of mesodermal connective tissue, usually occurs from bone and rarely occurs from soft tissue (Dahlin, 1975). It is defined as the presence of proliferative malignant mesenchymal cells that produce bone morphology and / or immature bone (Gaeta, 1988). Osteosarcoma is most common in the medullary canal of the metaphysis of long tubular bone. However, it may also appear on the bone surface (Gurfunkle, 2007).
