It is unlikely that wearing shoes not suitable for children will affect adults. Inappropriate shoes can cause back pain, poor arch, and other problems. Puberty mothers are children / children must wear shoes. Sometimes the shoes are too big or too small. We always check to see if shoes are suitable for thumbs, put thumbs on shoes, and told to measure from the toes to the edge of the shoes. Because shoes fit the length and may not fit the width, this is not always the best way to check, but the arch and type.
There are two ways to prevent sports injuries. One is to use the right equipment. This may mean that sporty shoes, aligners (insole) control excessive movement of the foot. The orthodontic appliances may narrow the width of the shoe so new shoes may be needed. Helmets, masks and pads made according to the instructions can prevent many serious sports injuries. The right technique is important to prevent injuries. For example, a tennis player should not use a narrow racket, but use not only the wrist but the entire arm or shoulder as a backhand or forehand shot. Racket strings should not be too tight. Wet balls, heavy balls are prone to problems, like removing the ball from the center.
It is important to wear correct shoes and support. There is no ifs, ands or buts about it. Shoes that fit your arches and provide space for your equipment, shock absorbing sole and heel cup. This may seem like an impossible combination, but we find that they are not stopped by removing the majority of the major diseases.
I left insole with Macy's. They are custom appliances, they cost 400 dollars, and I have to wear the other shoes I have. Because I removed the shoe insole. I have these insole for 6 years. Two days later, I returned to Macy's and desperately found them. Since the shoes never saw them, they sent me to the lost property. I went to the underground part of the store they call The Vault. I think the rich and lost diamonds are kept there. But nobody has ever seen my insole. Damn it!
I have a total of 4 participants. One is Ashley. As she is small she has to wear special orthopedic shoes and gel pads. The other is Katie, her patella is dislocated and she has to wear a knee orthosis for months. I think these two processes will be useful for this process as they have experience with these aspects of our subject. The other participants are my two friends, Sydney and Francisco. First of all, we will play the Zip Zap Zop so that everyone feels comfortable. Then, we did a ball combination game of words related first, then irrelevant words. Later, we played a new warm - up game and created a story for each word using specific letters. After each game, it is wonderful to see the group getting more and more relaxed. After confirming that they are comfortable, I explained what we are about to do again, then we started the brainstorming process.
