Until the 21st century, most of the literature published was studying and simulating organization theory and its usage to maximize performance at the workplace, and these documents were developed exclusively in the United States. However, more knowledge about international workplace culture clearly shows that these American based theories are not universally applicable as the researchers expect. Each topic will detail the application of key theories and principles and briefly introduce other theories. Discuss concrete organization examples and decide criticism for each part of the theory.
