In this article we will analyze the WVHR and develop a potential solution to the adversity of the strategic plan that its leadership faces and the success of that strategy.

According to the Energy Information Administration Bureau, West Virginia is the largest coal producing country in the United States, second only to Wyoming. Symphony Sunday is an annual event sponsored by West Virginia Symphony Orchestra in June. It was all day of community group, food and family entertainment, and eventually free music by the West Virginia Symphony Orchestra, followed by fireworks.
