Organization change and stress management are widely recognized as two major problems in today's organizational life (Vakola & Nikolaou, 2005). If there is constant in the business world, that is a change (Washington & Hacker, 2005). However, as pressure changes, normal pressure is applied. Changes are defined as changing things and stress is defined as a dynamic condition that individuals face opportunities, needs, or resources related to personal needs, and the results are considered uncertain and important .

There are several ways to cope with stress. They are stress management and change of organization. Through stress management, there are procedures (1) that can teach workers the nature and causes of stress, the effects of stress on health, and personal skills to alleviate stress. Start an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) to improve the ability of workers to cope with difficult workplaces. EAP provides employees with personal counseling services, including work and personal problems (1). Stress management training can greatly reduce stress symptoms and is cheap to implement. There are two drawbacks to stress management: beneficial effects on stress symptoms are usually short lived; they often overlook important sources of stress because they focus on workers rather than the environment (1). The second way to deal with stress is organization change. This method is the most straightforward way to reduce labor stress (1)

Organization Change Compared to Stress Management Training and EAP Program, David's company is trying to soften work pressure by hiring consultants to recommend ways to improve working conditions. This is the most straightforward way to reduce workload. It involves identifying stress aspects of work (eg excess work, contradictory expectations) and strategic design and reducing or eliminating identified stress factors. The advantage of this method is that it can directly address the root cause of working pressure. However, administrators sometimes feel uncomfortable with this approach because they may involve changes in work procedures, production plan, or organizational structure.
