Organism Profile: The Northern White-tailed Deer

Odocoileus (Odocoileus virginianus) is one of the largest wildlife in the northeastern United States. This species has a maximum of 4 feet and weighs more than 300 pounds. Typically, such animals are found in forests, fields and brush areas in the northern region. In the warmer season, Orgoda has a red-brown coat and a white belly.
