Organic foods are foods grown without pesticides and chemical fertilizers. Sales of organic foods are increasing year by year in recent years. Many people go to the supermarket to purchase organic foods because they think organic foods are healthier than traditional foods. People buy organic food for various reasons such as personal health, organic food quality and taste, but the most important reason is personal health. The topic of whether organic foods are more beneficial has been controversial for a long time.

In today's society, you can choose organic foods or non-organic foods any time you enter the grocery store.
