The myth that "everyone is equal" brings erroneous hope for people of color, and they constantly seek outstanding opportunities, but they do not exist. They are considered to be an important factor in human success. Even if they have ambition and wisdom, most Caucasians will suppress them. This suppression shows the need for a new way of fighting like Martin Luther King, Jr, Franz Fanon, W. E. B.
Suppression of white Caucasians is based on the fact that Caucasian refuses to recognize people other than Caucasians. Changes are not only possible but also imminent when white people can not ignore the truth passed down from generation to generation by color people. When all of us got a testimony from a witness it is possible for whites to pretend to be that the trauma reported by these communities is not what actually happened. I am the same as myself. Since the police did not treat me like black people, I thought it difficult to imagine people talking about alternative reality. But when I saw the video of a little black boy shot by the police, I did not think that it was no longer true. He was shot very quickly, he had no chance, he had no chances at all - he just did what my brother and I might do when I was young. This is amazing, but it will happen
The core of oppression is to deny the reality of others. One of the main ways that white people suppress colored people is to tell them that the story they convey is not true. And I was there. I know that it is not normally based on malice, but I also know that the impact on others may be devastating. Because I was on the other side of this oppression. As a woman, I rejected the reality many times. Men do not think I do not want to have sex with them, but I need drinks to "let me relax." I am not fascinated by them, but I am not "I did not know my true feelings." I was also told about this, I am not really a bisexual one, I am only looking for a strong man to take care of me.
There is no simple way to visualize life's experience and suppression of people with color. The story of Reddings shown here reflects a small part of the daily color community. But I hope that the story of Reading clearly explains why racial discrimination must be dealt with in order to reduce opportunity gaps. Depending on how you go about making these gaps and continuing by going home over and over again, we can begin to disassemble them. As shown in the figure, if life is a game, it is operation
