Opportunities in America

Amy Tan 's "Opportunities" in America is a story based on the story of a Chinese girl and an extreme mother living in the United States. Both are about opportunities, perseverance, and achievement. These are what Jingmei learned in the process of what many people call "land of opportunity". In the United States, people believe that you have the opportunity to become a person you want to be. For immigration, people think that "you can do your best" (553).

The United States is defined by tolerance and opportunity. In that United States, the civil rights movement is a natural part of American progress, not contrary to the dark nature of the United States. In other words, the United States believes in promises of opportunity and equality even though it does not necessarily achieve it. But there is another story. In other words, white supremacist violence is not an exception, it is a rule. This story thinks that the United States is basically a white Christian country. This radical movement of racist speech and violence is basically seen in the two communities, Caucasian supremacists and Neo Nathi terrorists, and those they threaten.

America's opportunity to build a comprehensive society and provide fair opportunities for all citizens and immigrants does not seriously eliminate whitehead hegemony behind the apartheid policy and practices found at almost every level of society It means that there is no doubt. . . We can start with asking such questions. Is the strategic planning process and day-to-day practice evidence of routine racial discrimination, ignorance, neglect, or deliberate dropouts? When you ask a question, evidence will be visible everywhere. The next question is how to destroy it and abandon it.

My experience is clearly not the only thing. The United States is said to be millions of times "land of opportunity" - for millions of immigrants this is not an abstract concept but a detailed description of what to find here. Before we arrived the United States offered many opportunities that many of us never existed. I walked on the campus where I work and saw a vibrant race and culture. Everyone speaks a different voice, a different perspective, a different story. All of these make our company an exciting and special place, allowing us to do wonderful things together. As we are very important for future success, we are working hard to become more diverse. Regardless of whether you are establishing a company or leading country, all sorts of voices, backgrounds and experiences will bring better discussion, better resolution, and better results I believe.
