Looking back on Open Day, I am an avid reader. Type of person who can exclude good books in a day or two. For the past few months, my only reading was my textbook. So, I was excited just sitting and looking forward to reading a book. One of my girlfriends gave me this book and she said that she likes it very much. Also, it is the choice of Oprah Book Club. Oprah does not make me misunderstood for sure. It is Friday night. I am in my room and I enjoy calmly reading nights. I was able to complete this book in about 6 to 7 hours actually.
I made a speech at the open house in August 2017. Open Day is a nice project of Thompson's brand partner. I was honored to be asked. I have never actually written a summary of a conversation, I do not think it will flow like a speech, but I do. I can share my own story and spread other ideas to others, but also give me the opportunity to think about my way of doing work. What is work, what it means to me, and the place I want to do it. I sometimes find that what you posted in the public would be what you mean.
Open Days is the best way to find out whether a particular property meets your needs. But, if there is a more appropriate choice, it is sometimes too expensive, it takes too much time, and there is no reason to join the open house at all. Your future estate may be many miles away from your current location, or your schedule may encounter conferences or emergencies. If this is an explanation of your experience, a substitute for an open house may be the blessing of the heavens.
Most of the people visiting Open Day are tires kicked. They are there to taste the water. It is not a motivated buyer. Have you thought of having seen the houses opened - a very nice house - through the beautiful community so far and stopping checking it out? The problem is that people entering your business days often do the same. Just stop and check, do not buy. I have many #clients (buyers) who want to legitimately see some houses on the day, and many houses are open for the day. At this point you will actually see realtors escorting their buyer customers in the house (these are qualified prospective customers)
