Open a single player Minecraft world

So far, I've moved the single player world to a server and host it on my computer, or have used an inexpensive Minecraft server hosting site.

This largely depends on your computer's ability and the type of Internet connection your internet service provider provides to you. In my case, I have full IP address and full access to the home router.

Copy my single player world to the server's world folder and change the server settings to use my world.

Log in to your home router, assign a static local IP to your computer and configure port forwarding on port 25565 (default Minecraft server port) for your local IP

It should have a server panel web page that you can set some server settings without having to edit the configuration file and also should have FTP access

Install FileZilla or another FTP client program, connect to the server using ftp authentication information, and upload the leaflet to the game world folder.
