Have you ever tried over the TV channel and have seen many millionaires talking about their success story? Have you ever thought about 'Why I do not succeed so much?' What is success and ambiguous terms for accomplishment? Whether success indicates wealth, wealth or status. According to Dictionary.com, success is defined as the end of a favorable or prosperous attempt or effort and achieves personal goals. Now we may not be President or Drake, but if you have persistence, discipline and little luck you can all succeed.

In my journey, I learned some secrets of success. These secrets are not gold tickets. Patience is often the most important element of a successful career. But I believe that the secret I learned is that we can fill the possibilities of success greatly. We all need to accept the fact that gender bias is realistic. Do not believe me? Please read the case study on Heidi Roizen. Professor at Columbia Business School introduced a case study of a successful venture capitalist in his class. The professor did not know the course and gave the class two different case studies. Half of the students read Heidi's venture capitalist and the other half read Howard's venture capitalist. The two case studies are identical except for renaming. However, students can evaluate Heidi and Howard in the same way, but both men and women prefer Howard and do not like Heidi.

In today's society, there are only a few ways to succeed. To make one person fraud and manipulate them, the other is to study teamwork. I, the creators like to call it Pimp. Pimp is the concept of forming a team to help their entire life. Anyone who can bake these three materials can use the pumpkin. The first element is loyalty. The second factor is trust. The third factor is cooperation. By combining these three elements, we can further succeed in social games.
