Online booking is an increasingly important channel for travel sales. Based on literature review, this paper proposed a new online booking travel behavior research program. From the three stages of online reservation, summarize the online information retrieval result, the determinants of online reservation, and the royalty of online reservation. Since consumer behavior is the foundation of marketing, our literature survey provides a systematic view of travel marketers. In addition to the actual contribution of this research, research gaps and future research opportunities such as social media, online reservation, perceived value of online reservation, mobile phone reservation, group purchase, online train ticket in Chinese train etc I will clarify. Empirical research methods, especially structural equation modeling methods are recommended for future research. The results of the paper also revealed future research on online tourism management

Every year hundreds of millions of people are booking a train ticket in China. Future research on the behavior of train ticket online reservers will certainly provide railway companies insight into improving online services and improving passenger satisfaction.

Based on literature review, this paper proposes a new online booking travel behavior research agenda and proposed an empirical method for future research.
