Gregory Goodwinkas created contraceptives and stimulated a new wave of women's rights movement. From a small pill, the new canal which was once obstructed by the river flow turned into a powerful flood again. With prevention of pregnancy without risk of abortion, women were able to fight male superiority. From the time they participated in the labor force to strengthen the rights and change the law, women can rejuvenate with just a few pills.
Single phase pills are the most common contraceptive. They are "monophasic", which means that they provide stable doses of hormones throughout the packaging. Doctors usually start using low doses of estrogens to reduce the risk of stroke, and switch to high doses if excessive breakthrough bleeding or stains develop. Triple pills provide stable doses of estrogen, but provide three different doses of progesterone throughout the package. Progesterone levels increase gradually as you pack through nature resembling your body. The most common pattern is a seven-day power, another power of seven days, the third strength of seven days, and then seven days of inactive pills
Combination contraceptives containing less than 50 microgram ethinyl estradiol (estrogen) are called low dose pills. Hormone-sensitive women may benefit from taking lower doses of pills. However, low dose pills can result in more breakthrough bleeding - bleeding and spots between different periods - compared to high dose pills. The minipill thickens the cervical mucus and thinens the endometrium - it prevents sperm reaching the ovum. Ovulation may be inhibited if it is small. Unlike contraceptives, minipill does not contain estrogen. For any combination of oral contraceptives, the dose for progestogen in small doses is lower than the progesterone dose.
There are various kinds of contraceptives including synthetic hormones and doses of various kinds. Some pills are single phase - this means they contain the same dose of hormones in each pill. Other pills are heterogeneous - this means that the hormone level in the pill will change as the medicine changes. Your contraceptive package will show you the medication you have. You can choose to skip one of the medicines for a while, but it is best to consult your health care provider before starting.
