The book by Yuri Kaplarov "Once there there was a village" is autobiography about his experience of ethnically diverse East Village in New York. The story stories took place from the late 1960s to the early 1970s and most of the events were held in the heart of Thompson Square Park - Letter City. Yuri Kaplarov came to the United States after the Second World War and was replaced by the Caucus. He resettled Dongcun at home. In the book, he insists on what "East Village" is. His explanation is on the west side of Avenue.
There was a wealthy village that was ruled by a very wealthy person. The village is one of the biggest villages in the kingdom. The land is full of crops and the river is full of fish. The market is very busy. People are prosperous and satisfied. They feel safe because they know that their army is strong and the moats around the village are very wide. No generations have attacked the village. Their rulers, very wealthy people, lived in the village's residence. Luxury homes and their characteristics have all the luxuries you can imagine. Treasures filled with gold and room dripping from the wall. These women are heavy diamonds. Outdoors, lush green exotic plants spread from terraces and flowers to every sidewalk. Very wealthy people and their families rarely enter the village because they rarely need to leave the house wall.
There was a village adjacent to the forest. The villagers often walk in the forest to get firewood, fruits, fruits and herbs. One day a small boy found a unicorn in the forest. He got excited and went home, and said a wonderful creature to his parents and other villagers. Of course, nobody believes him. The boy saw the same unicorn the next day. Unicorn took the boy to the old tree and pointed at its roots. The boy found some gold coins. He took them to his parents and told them that the unicorn gave it to him.
... He talked to me. A story about a village he has been to. The village was frightened by an old villain. Parents ran away from their enemies, and their parents ran away from their enemies. This is a real fear, and fear is terrible as it broke the village for centuries. Crying adult men is humiliating fear and poor women commit suicide because of recession. Why did he go to the horrible place I could not understand? Every day, year by year, people run, they will not face fear, but the more you run, the more terror you get worse. When the night comes, their fear will be new. Because these creatures will come back again and come back to hunting them. People will run and keep running, and until some of them are injured.
