Analysis and criticism of JS about Mills' freedom of view on freedom has always been a long and confusing question for mankind. Every ambitious leader seems to have a new definition of freedom, and some are more real than others. But we saw that some people tend to master real freedom. One of the scholars is a British philosopher and economist JS. It is Mill. Mill's On Liberty shows a good example of what freedom is and how to protect freedom.

John Stuart Mill (1806-1873) first recognized freedom as a difference between freedom of movement and freedom in his book "Statue of Liberty". That's impossible. Isaiah Berlin officially assembled the difference between these two views in his book "Concept of Freedom" as a difference of two opposite free concepts, positive freedom and negative freedom. British philosopher Isaiah Berlin distinguishes between positive freedom and negative freedom in his essay "two concepts of freedom". He defines negative freedom not to constrain or interfere with the agent's possible behavior. The greater the "negative freedom" the less restrictive the possible actions are. Active freedom requires individuals to have a certain level of resources while negative freedom basically requires that individuals be alone
