"About Leadership" by John W. Gardner (The Free Press, New York, 1990). He used Chapter 17 to explain and explain the basic elements that leadership should have in a successful organization. This book is not only giving a big impact now, it has a big influence in the future as well. Below is my understanding of this book. This book is divided into two parts.
