On Being Anointed and the Great Awakening

The imminent meaning of God guarantees us that God is constantly and constantly dominated even though corrupt social order is a conspiracy to weaken God's rule. Like John the Baptist, the ancestor of our sermon, to prepare for people has the power of God and it is as difficult as I mentioned before. God has the power to do this important work among the people of God with the equipment of this flawed person. But it is frightening to admit that God is near everyone, as the information makes sense to the messenger.

Protestant churches and pastors care about the spiritual well-being of their congregation and begin a series of religious revival called mass awakening. The great awakening was caused by a trip to the UK gospel minister, George Whitefield. The first big awakening began in 1725 and continued until 1750. The second awakening began in the early 1800s.
