Abstract research aimed at structural exercise of elderly people whose function is restricted in order to judge the influence of exercise program on elderly with restricted function. In order to live by yourself and to promote health, the elderly need to do daily activities safely without fatigue. The central theme of the author is the use of exercise intervention to improve the function of a limited number of elderly people. The authors of the study screened older participants through surveys, interviews, and physical exams that had problems with everyday activities.
Evaluating and optimizing the functional capacity of elderly people is important for maximizing health, safety, and happiness. In the community, studies have consistently shown that the decline in the ability of the elderly to complete ADL and IADL alone is a predictor of worsening health conditions, increased medical expenses, and increased mortality . We will focus on evaluating the patient 's ability to perform these tasks and such evaluations often suggest ways to change the living environment to maximize their independence. For example, simple tools such as special button hooks and hook and loop fasteners can be used to overcome the difficulties of severe arthritis.
Most elderly people want to spend as much as possible at home and in the area. Safe living environments are extremely important for the ability to operate independently, but living environments occur in clinical settings, so it tends to be overlooked from a care model. CAPABLE aims to demonstrate that modest investment in short-term interventions will help elderly people stay at home, improve health, and reduce medical expenses. Colorado State VNA is the first community organization in the country to test and operate CAPABLE in a home medical care environment. Funds for the 24-month trial project were provided by anonymous donors, the Colorado Health Foundation and the Comprecare Foundation of the Denver Foundation. Look for additional investment to prove that Colorado VNA has completed the exam and CAPABLE is a cost-effective service that allows elderly people to enter the community
