Processes that administrators should manage include physical, financial, and physical resources. As stated in organizational goals and objectives, all of these processes should be managed properly (Buhler, 2008) to ensure that expectations and standards within the organization are met. These resources and processes need to be properly managed so as not to cause losses. Management of internal processes within the organization also includes overviews and procedures on how to accomplish basic tasks within the organization (Fey, 2000).

Management has become a part of everyday life at home, office, factory, government as well. In all organizations, a group of people gather for a common purpose and management principles work through resource management, finance and planning, priorities, policies, and practices. Management is a systematic way to carry out activities in all areas of human effort. Management leader Peter Drucker says its mission is to allow people to act together and make their weaknesses irrelevant. It brings harmony to cooperative relationships such as thought and action, goals and achievements, plan and achievement, balance between product and market. This addresses the rare situation that the fewest available processes are available to achieve the goal, regardless of physical, technical, or human spaces. The lack of management can lead to confusion, confusion, waste, delay, destruction, even even melancholy.
