There are two modification methods in the "US Constitution". I used only one. The US Congress can vote through two-thirds of each agency resolution to list the proposed amendment. Alternatively, the Constitutional Council can be convened by two thirds of the Legislature's vote and the Legislature will propose one or more amendments. This has never happened, and it is not clear how this treaty of constitution works.

In either case, amendments to the US Constitution will not take effect until approved by 3/4 countries. Several fixes were immediately approved. On the other hand, the 27 th revision proposal was proposed in 1792 and was not approved until 1992. Unlike all amendments proposed after the injunction, there is no deadline for this amendment.

Several important fixes are not approved. Amendment of equality rights was introduced in 1972 and approved by 34 out of 38 essential states. However, supporters have failed to acquire the needs of the past four countries and have passed the deadline approved by Congress.

The first 10 revisions passed immediately, and they were collectively called the "Bill of Rights." After the civil war, another series of amendments was passed and attempts were made to incorporate the rights of newly released slaves.

There are 25 operational amendments currently in the US Constitution. There are a total of 27 approvals, but one of them, the 18th is a prohibition order, the other one, the 21st is the abolition of the ban.

This amendment will take effect in the next 13 years. It was abolished by approving 21st revision in 1933. The 21st revision was approved on 5th December 1933. Among the 27 amendments of the US Constitution, it abolished the previous amendment and is the only revision ratified by the state. Section 1 Production, sale, or transport of sickness from the United States and its jurisdictions for beverages one year from the date of approval under this Article is prohibited.

The majority of the US Constitutional Amendment (15 out of 27), at least in part, is the efforts of the Fifth Convention. For example, in the original Constitution, the US Senators were appointed by the Legislature, not the citizens. Senators, of course, would like to change the process of powering them, but since the Legislative Assembly is responsible for people, more than 30 states need a treaty to propose amendments. Several states have adopted numerous resolutions on this topic and have repeatedly pressured Congress to press pressure on the people. There is no resilient state as in Nevada. In the first decade of the 20th century Nevada passed six appeals for the election directly to the Senators (only one of which was decided by Senator Segblom). Just in March 1907, Nevada handed out two separate phones. By 1913, direct elections by Senators were approved as 17th amendment.
