Despite being written by Sophocles before the 24th century, King Edps delivered many lessons related to today's life. Oedipus is the fate of a child who kills his father and marries his mother. Throughout his life he made many mistakes and tried to avoid his fate. These mistakes tell us about the nature of human beings in certain situations. Edips has the personality traits he led to make the wrong decision. Due to arrogant attributes and his anger, he was unable to make a settling decision under certain circumstances, he fainted.
