Oedipus the King and Maslow's Pyramid

The pyramids of King Edps and King Maslow have long considered the general theory of motivation, and the problem of guiding and encouraging specific motives of our human behavior received tremendous speculation. To this day, the problem still exists. What humans most want in life. To answer this question, Abraham Maslow suggested what he calls the level of demand. Maslow believes that human beings have incentives to achieve this level, from the basics of survival to the need to promote growth and self-improvement (Kassin 300).

In order to see things correctly, we can compare it with the Maslow class, which is a psychological theory that the basic need of an individual is at the bottom of the pyramid. Our pyramid is a bit different from the Maslow pyramid, as most of our candidate's needs fall into the higher demand of the Maslow pyramid. So what is the most important factor that can push talented youth ideas to technology companies? They are arranged here by importance. These are the most common and important elements in deciding to join our company, how to handle our project, how to work in a team, and what to expect from new immigrants. Potential employees believe that we have not kept pace with old technology and previous work methods. We ask questions about our work, change things, we focus on the quality of production, we have ownership to people and hope to influence their work. We support everyone's growth and I do not want anyone to fall into a boring daily life.

Through pyramid technology, I propose a model describing various aspects of technology that may play a role in our life. The pyramid was inspired by Maslow's hierarchical desire (Maslow, 1943) depicting human needs such as nutrition, evacuation centers, security, and love for subsequent stages. As with Maslow's model, technology can move up and down at all levels of the pyramid and you need to complete the next phase before implementing the next phase.
