OBSERVATION OF MANANEEYA EKNATHJI’S PUNYA TITHI (22August 2018)

The school observed Punya Tithi of Mananeeya Eknathji at school on August 22, 2018. The plan is done at the school's morning meeting place, Mananeeya Eknathji's picture is decorated with flowers and placed in front of the meeting. Morning gatherings will proceed as usual. Two students, Kr. Okiling Litin and Km, briefly introduced the lives and meanings of the day. X level Juhi Bhagat. After that, all the students and all the teachers assembled the flowers one by one, showed flowers to Mananeeya Eknathji and made a plan.

Public holidays are divided into 30 months or lunar calendar days. Each Titi is defined as the time it takes for the longitude of the moon to increase by 12 o with the longitude of the sun. Thus, the length of Titi can vary from about 20 hours to about 27 hours. During the waxing phase, tithis counts from 1 to 15, and its name is Sukla. Tithis in the fadeout phase is designated Krsna and counts again from 1 to 15. The number of tizis that is valid at sunrise is allocated everyday. Occasionally the short Titty will begin after sunrise and will be completed before the next sunrise. Likewise, a long Titi can span the sunrise of two people.
